Individual psychotherapy provides a confidential space to explore emotional concerns, relationship dynamics, and the patterns that influence how we live, relate and make decisions. 

Therapy may assist with:

- anxiety and stress

- relationship difficulties

- family dynamics

- grief and loss

- life transitions

- identity and personal development

- emotional overwhelm

- patterns that feel repetitive or difficult to change

Session Format:

- 50-minute session: $185

- 90-minute extended session: $310

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Because that time cannot typically be offered to another client on short notice, advance notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule. 

Appointments require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments, will incur the full session fee. Exceptions may be made in cases of illness or emergencies.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. Major credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards are accepted. A card will be kept securely on file for session payments and applicable cancellation fees. 

In addition to individual psychotherapy, Root Integrative Health offers specialized work related to Mother-Daughter and Father-Daughter relational patterns.

These sessions explore the deeper dynamics within family relationship and how those patterns influence identity, boundaries, trust and emotional life.

Structured assessments are available to help clarify relational roles, family dynamics, and emotional patterns within important relationships.

Assessments include a questionnaire, results summary and a feedback session to review results and discuss potential directions for treatment planning and clinical work.

Beginning therapy starts with reaching out to schedule an initial consultation. This brief conversation provides an opportunity to discuss what you are seeking and determine whether the practice may be a good fit. 

If it appears that there is alignment, information about scheduling and next steps will be provided.
